This format allows it to dispose of your residues in an environmentally correct way and produce biogas and biomethane.
Working along with Marborges, one of the main references in the production of palm oil and palm kernel, ZEG Biogas has structured the electric power generation project that applies in our everyday work the relatively new concepts of Circular Economy. The plant, located in Moju (PA), when process the palm oil extracted produces effluents with high organic matter, , which is a then anaerobic digested to become byproducts of the industrial process of Marborges such as energy and the GasBio.
Everything starts by sending this palm redisues to ZEG’s Biogas Production Plant. The fuel generated in the Plant supplies the electric power center from Marborges.
In addition to generating biogas, one of the ZEG Plant byproducts is a liquid fertilizer, rich in organic matter, used in agricultural activities in the region. Nothing is lost in the process!
GasBio is used as an energy source in industries and fueling of fleets,
replacing fossil fuels like diesel and fossil natural gas.
